The short version
We only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you and do your project, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill out our quote form, we receive what you type in: your business name, name, phone, email, town, current website, what you need, best time to call and any notes. If you call, text or email us, we receive what you send.
How the quote form works
Our quote form is processed securely by our own Cloudflare Worker and delivered to our Gmail inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare and Google process your submission to deliver and store the email. We do not add form submissions to a separate website database.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare a quote, do the work you hire us for, and send invoices or receipts. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Payments
Card payments and monthly billing are processed by our payment provider, and Venmo, Zelle and PayPal payments are handled by those services. We never see or store your full card number.
Website basics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process basic technical data like IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Just email [email protected] or call (408) 203-5563.
